Kättesaamine väljastuspunktist
Kaubale on võimalik ise järele tulla kas Tallinna esindusesse (Rävala pst 6, 10143) või partnerladudesse. Väiksemamahuliste ja -mõõtmetega kaubad (brutokaal kuni 30 kg ja mõõtmed kuni 60x36x60cm) väljastatakse kas kesklinna kontorist või partnerladudest. Saadetised, mille üldkaal jääb 30 kg kuni 100 kg vahemikku (näiteks suur kodutehnika, mööbel jt.), väljastatakse kas Tallinna partnerladudest või selle lähiümbruses asuvatest logistikakeskustest. Kauba hinnanguline kättesaamise aeg on märgitud tootekaardil. Klienditeenindus saadab peale tellimuse esitamist täpsemad juhised, sh teavituse kui kaup on väljastamiseks valmis.

Kauba kohaletoimetamine kulleriga. Saadetised, mille üldkaal on kuni 30kg, toimetab kuller korteri-, maja- või garaažiukseni vastavalt tingimustele. Korrustele vedu vaikimisi ei toimu kui pole eelnevalt klienditeeninduse kokku lepitud. Kauba tarneaeg on märgitud tootekaardil. Kui tellitud tooted on kullerfirmale üle antud, võtab kullerfirma eelnevalt ühendust, et täpsustada toodete kohaletoomise aeg.

Kauba kohaletoimetamine pakiautomaati. Väiksemamahuliste ja -mõõtmete kaupade tarnimiseks soovitatakse kasutada kas Omniva, DPD Pickup või Itella pakiautomaate. Kauba tarneaeg on märgitud tootekaardil. Kui tellitud tooted on kullerfirmale üle antud, teavitatakse klienti SMS-i teel ning edastatakse vastavalt tellimusele ka personaalne uksekood koos muu vajaliku infoga. Kui ostukorvis pakiautomaadi valikut ei ole, siis valitud kaubad pakiautomaati ei mahu.
